I did 60 pull-ups today.
And rode a stationary bicycle for an hour, then walked on a mountain treadmill for 30 minutes. I burned around 900 kcal today! 🔥
By the way, I ate a pizza for lunch. Well, just a piece of a pizza. So, it's okay 😜
I don't drink carbonated drinks anymore. It includes lots of liquid simple sugars. Liquid simple sugars are the worst for health. It rapidly increases blood sugar concentration, and the odds of diabetes for the long-term. People need to avoid drinking that kind of junk.
