I did 15 repetitions of a 60kg bench press in one set.
I did it at company. Additionally, I did 15 repetitions of 20kg squats. I'm planning to do workouts in the gym after finishing works. Maybe, pull-ups, Lat Pulldowns and squats?
I feel my body is getting more defined than before. I wish body fat ratio is less than 15% before this summer 🙏
