I'll go to the gym soon.
I'll use a stationary bicycle machine for more than 1.5 hours. I won't do pull-ups today. Because, I already did other muscle workout.
It looks like my fat mass is decreasing. But, it seems that my body frame size is getting smaller. But, to reduce my belly, reducing fat mass is the priority for me.
