    Pros:

    • Highly recommended for large business establishments hiring tons of employees
    • Easy and accessible thru online system
    • Ideal for digital nomads and for those employers who hire people worldwide

    • It's greatly advisable to have a good internet connection during interviews.

    As per my personal review below :

    Pros :

    • It will help create a more effective yet simple video interview that can used for both business and the people who are applying. It will help simplify the process of applying on the candidates part and easy for the company to select and accept people who really qualifies.
    • It will automatically create notes and video conference link that candidates will just click them and automatically redirects to a video conference and then the meeting or interview will be initiated
    • This application is both available in App Store and Google Play

    Cons :

    • You need to purchase to be able to use the application
    • Three choices to select from Small, Big and Bigger. The highest plan does have more features and services but does cost much.

    I think the idea of this and think it could be useful, not sure the company I work for needs it at the moment but could see how this could simplify the process. Here's my review:

    Pros:

    1. I believe it would simplify the process of analysing candidates for roles, especially when there is a large number applicant for a particular role. I like the fact that it would become your go-to for hiring candidates and would allow you to keep everything in one place.
    2. Can make it your own with custom branding.
    3. The feature set looks limited at the moment, and the scoring system looks shallow. I think a simple star rating leaves it open to bias and would like to have seen maybe a questionnaire or something which could have created a fairer scoring method.
    4. The UI looks clean and modern, overall I think the tool looks simple to use. I think this is important because I believe this will help aid adoption in the organisation.

    Cons:

    1. I would have linked to see some features which helped to reduce employer bias' towards candidates. Not entirely sure how they would do it, but I know this is an important topic at the moment.
    2. As with everything, I would like to try before I buy. I would like to see a limited plan which allows you to have a go and see if it's work for your team. Getting teams to adopt software can sometimes be hard so allowing you to trial it would be beneficial here. Potentially they could have a max candidate count or something.

    This would be great if they made a SteemX version where you can collaborate and hire other steemians, pay them in steemdollars and sign contracts on the steem blockchain

    The idea is very good. We can get interview at home or almost anywhere with internet.

      • New technology used to take interviews
      • Allows you to takes multiple interviews in less time
      • Very useful to the choice best candidate
      • Overall Cool hunt
