STEEM-POCALYPSE SURVIVAL GAME CONTEST - SEASON 6 DAY 4 ROUND 2 - 325 SBD PRIZE POOL SO FAR
THIS POST IS PART OF AN ELIMINATION GAME – DO NOT REPLY TO IT UNLESS YOU ARE PLAYING
In the last round the players had a potential chance to eat, and some teamed up.
DAY 4 ROUND 1 RESULTS
OPTION 1 - Do not eat either plant.
The players who chose Option 1 survived the last round, but obviously, they did not find any food.
The Players who chose Option 1 have now progressed to the next round.
OPTION 2 – Eat a whole bunch of this plant.
The players who chose Option 2 began to eat a lot of this plant. It tasted pretty good, but their bodies began to have a hard time. Apparently, after years of purchasing foods from grocery stores, their bodies were not accustomed to nutrient-rich raw food.
This plant is Purslane and is a wonderful wild edible. I featured it in my The Edible Outdoors Series last year, and we love enjoying it.
The players who chose Option 2 got a good meal and now have to eat prior to the end of Day 6 in order to avoid starvation.
OPTION 3 – Eat a whole bunch of this plant.
The players who chose Option 3 ate a while bunch of this plant, which is a type or Spurge. It has a bitter, milky sap inside of it which is poisonous, and in large enough doses, can kill cattle, and in this case, STEEM-Pocalypse participants.
The players who chose Option 3 have died a violent death at the hand of tiny plants. Please feel free to join back in next season.
OPTION 4 – Eat a whole bunch of both plants.
Unfortunately, the delicious, healthy Purslane could not counteract the deadly quantity of Spurge...

OPTION 5 - Shoot the plants but do not eat them, and then move on.
Shooting the plants used up 2 rounds of ammunition. Additionally, it helped draw attention with the gunfire and lead to revealing your location. Soon, a hungry man peeked around the corner of a nearby building with his rifle...
I guess we know what he will be eating tonight.
The Players who chose Option 5 have been shot to death. Please feel free to join back in next season.
DAY 4 ROUND 2 SCENARIO
Finally, the players reach the edge of the city. However, only one path leads out over here.
Hmmm.... perhaps this is not the best path out of the city. However, skirting the edge of the city may be even more dangerous. Either way, it looks like last round was the last chance for food before the end of Day 4, so hopefully the players either ate last round or have a backup food supply.
Should the players take this path out of the city? Should they travel along the edge of the city instead? Should they just curl up in the fetal position and sob uncontrollably?
OPTIONS
OPTION 1 - Try to take the path with the sign that says "DANGEROUS CONDITIONS EXIST."
OPTION 2 – Try to skirt the edge of the city and look for a better way out.
OPTION 3 – Try to sob uncontrollably in the fetal position.

I am confident I can start a fire 🔥 now with the flashlight. I take the batteries out and use a small piece of trash such as a gum wrapper or any thin piece of metal I can use to jump across the terminals on the battery when the thin strip of metal conducts the charge it will heat up red hot and ignite paper or any kindling as long as it is small enough. I know this works for a fact as it's how I lit cigarettes in jail. If I didn't even have the trash to conduct the charge I could use the spring in the flashlight but I would rather use a piece of trash so I can keep my flashlight working and have 🔥.

Most these dangers can be avoided by being careful, but Sniper bullets can't be avoided.

I stuff myself on the purslane and make my way onward. As I near city limits the terrain makes a drastic change, becoming more uneven and rocky. I spot a sign warning that travelers should take caution, and choose to take a moment securing my pockets so that I am less likely to drop things during any climbing that may arise.

I concur.
I've been on hiking trails with some of these signs. The falling rocks are the one that bothers me, but usually that's the biggest problem when it's raining and while Papa Pepper gave us no clues on weather...he didn't mention the rain either.

I checked the spreadsheet to see if I was now on a team or not and it shows solo there, so I guess I'm going solo. I'm quite nimble, so this might actually be the safer of the 2 options. A road less traveled. Danger is everywhere!

Being a loner, I think my chances are better sneaking around the edge of the city. I choose option 2.

If you needed to eat prior to the end of day 4 and did not eat last round, then you will consume one backup supply before the next round.

We are all human and make mistakes. I myself have accidentally posted on the wrong option before but luckily I caught it. I was only doing what I would hope someone else would do for me if I made a mistake.
Which is understandable.
But it does look like overall, people are paying closer attention to how they play this season after seeing so many eliminated instead of @papa-pepper and myself trying to correct everyone. :)
They were't playing at all this season, lol. I don't see them on the spreadsheet at all, and even all the people that didn't reply to D1R1 stay on the spreadsheet.
