Many individuals who are feeling anxious or troubled often reach out to me. They are looking for guidance and support to navigate their career challenges and the various issues facing the world today. This concern is prevalent among many people, and I have come to understand that being consumed by worry is not an effective way to deal with these struggles.

Many believe that worrying shows they care. They think that if they do not worry, it means they are indifferent. This belief is misleading. Worry is a type of anxiety that can escalate into stress, which can harm both mental and physical health.

When people focus on worry, they find themselves preoccupied with fears about the uncertain future. These worries often feel overwhelming and real, yet they are based on possibilities rather than actual outcomes.
