That seems crucial to remember. Being mindful of our route helps us live in the now. Being a professional actor with complicated and joyous times and living them fully. To acknowledge our travellers' efforts. To assess talent and experience.
Self-leadership requires energy control. Because the route is lengthy and often harder than planned. Because you can't give your team energy without personal vitality. Sport, martial arts, meditation, nature, cuisine, music—they told me these self-reconnections helped them stay focused, enjoy their work, and be more productive.

The world is moving fast. So soon that we may have to change direction. Being sensitive to weak signals, using antennas, listening, seeing beyond appearances, sensing internal and external economic situations, and being aware of our environment... Being in touch with ourselves and the world. Our five senses.
