I've paid out well over a thousand Steem to other bloggers for transcription services, video editing, graphics work, searching for a supplier and I will be looking to hire a writer soon to collaborate on our Trading Cards project.
Not to mention that I've paid out hundreds of Steem for winning entries in my #mundameart virtual galleries.
I even paid someone in SBD for helping me to strip the wax off of a floor.
All of this work has been well documented in my blog articles and it's very exciting to see a Steem economy growing!
The idea is to create and spend the Steem. In this way we spread the wealth, the success and we prove that Steem is the best currency in crypto! Let's stack it while we can but let's not forget to spend it. Especially on quality minds and goods!

I want to bring what you are doing out to the physical community. so not only can people earn steem online but in class or at the store and they can spend that steem on classes and produce. With what you are doing I am sure it is attainable in the future as the ecosystem grows.
I paid someone to make the logo I use for all my posts with SBD and @blockbrothers pays for most of our expenses (servers) with SBD's as well but you seem to do way more! That's so cool. Thanks for your reply.
