six tips for good health ๐๐
"We do not have time" is a sentence we take as an excuse not to exercise, not to eat delicious meals or even to take enough rest. This default we do as a result of the things that concern us negatively affects our daily lives. So we offer 6 tips from The Huffington Post.fr for better health during the day:
1โข Set a minute to laugh: 60 seconds dedicated to laughter enough to secrete the hormone Andorphin, which helps to relax the muscles. Try to sit in fun groups that bring you some jittery moments. You can also watch comedies that engage you in a whirlwind of laughter or read some fun situations that will draw a smile on your face. If this happens to you as usual, it will help you stabilize your blood sugar levels, proper blood flow and live longer.
2โข Say thank you to one of them: This does not take much of your time. But to say thank you to someone because it helped you complete one of your duties or because he came to one of your occasions or because he brought you a small gift that would give him a feeling of gratitude. The person will be happy and start by telling you how much he loves you and will show how close he is to you. This will give you more motivation to live up to your happiness. This recognition will not only benefit heart protection, according to a study, but will enhance the immune system and help sleep better.

6โข Up stairs: If you are at work and need to move between the floors and have time, do not mind the rise of stairs instead of independence of the elevator. The movement contributes to combating the effects of sitting for a long time on the chair. It also helps burn enough calories to avoid weight gain at half a kilogram to a kilogram, according to Prevention.com.

Hygiene is crucial for good health, and while physical and dental hygiene have always been our societies focal point, I believe mental hygiene will be the next revolution.
After all, most doctors agree that stress and anxiety are huge contributing factors for poor health. Yet, by engaging in various meditative practices, we can clean up that mental clutter, and live more happy and meaningful lives!
I would highly recommend checking out "The Six Phase Meditation" on YouTube, and then checking out Vishen Lakani's book, Code of the Extraordinary Mind.
If your looking for better health, I believe you'll find it all starts in the mind.
I once read about a practice where you surrender you body to your mind, your mind to your soul, and your soul to the Source that created it all.
Through this, I believe we can all find better health and wellness!
And you can't forget about essential oils.
Wanna be healthy? Add some lemon oil to some warm water in the morning. Rub an immune boosting blend like Thieves (Young Living) or On Gaurd (DoTerra) on your feet before you do your yoga. Rub eucalyptus on your chest after you smoke a doobie. Anoint your temples within Rosemary before you study.
All of these things will help you live a more lively and abundant life.
