And you can't forget about essential oils.
Wanna be healthy? Add some lemon oil to some warm water in the morning. Rub an immune boosting blend like Thieves (Young Living) or On Gaurd (DoTerra) on your feet before you do your yoga. Rub eucalyptus on your chest after you smoke a doobie. Anoint your temples within Rosemary before you study.
All of these things will help you live a more lively and abundant life.
