THIS IS ME

Hi there! I'm Laura. Some describe me as eccentric, bold, blunt, and some other word that starts with a ‘b’. . . but I like call myself a Demi Lovato obsessed, straight male drag queen in a woman's body (along with all of the rest of the above.)

I am 25 years old, married to the pain in my ass I call my wife, Alisha. She drives me completely batshit crazy...but hey, it's a functional marriage, so that's a plus!! We reside in the BBQ capital of North Carolina, with our 3 dogs and some cats, in a small house we greatly overpay for, nestled along the outer edge of a large public lake. (Location! Location! Location!)

My life isn't glamorous, but it's mine, about the only thing I can actually call mine and not be worried about it ever being taken. I am a makeup junkie, and pretty good at it if I do say so myself. I am that girl who will sit for hours on end trying new things just to see what I can actually pull off in public, and what I should take off and never attempt again! My most recent experience has been with eyeliner wings…that is a post all in itself for a later date.

I also love photography and will probably post a lot of pictures. The only camera I have right now is my phone so don’t raise those expectations too high. LOL But it’s fun and I like it and who knows—you might enjoy some of the things I see through the lens, too.

Anyway, this is me. I curse a lot, sugar coat nothing, and usually if I think it, I'll say it. Hope no one gets offended easily.
