Welcome! Ah, NC. I lived there when I was stationed at Fort Bragg. Gorgeous woods! That's definitely one thing I liked about it. My wife and I would walk with our two dogs through one of many hiking areas and it was amazing. I'm sure you'll love the community here. There's a ton of stuff to read (and videos to watch) on just about every subject imaginable. Let's support one another. I'm following.
Yes! I've lived here about 3 years and you can't beat the hiking. Virginia had gorgeous woods too but it was cold and nasty half the year there. Here you can pretty much go year round. I love it! The only other place I'd rather be is Colorado! I'm all for supporting each other!!! That's the true sense of community!!
