Food Photography: Papaya Flesh
I am happy with this Papaya which I told my Mother to buy because it is sweet.
I haven't had any ripe Papaya fruit lately and I am glad that my Mother happens to buy a whole fruit. I told her this morning before me and my father ventured out for my treatment session to buy us some fruits because I am just bored from eating canned pineapples which is what I consume for my dietary fiber needs. I am still not that amused in buying fruits because they are very expensive now and what I was having before were at least not that expensive like watermelon.
I actually told my mother to buy some Melons which is hawked by street vendors by the road here. They are using P.A. system while riding either their Tricycle and or Jeepney. The vendor that uses the Jeepney is quite fast to come-by and my mother would often miss it. Sometimes I myself would ignore it even though I wanted to buy some watermelons, but because I am not feeling well, I would just let it pass-by. Watermelons are my favorite fruit especially if the day is hot but more often than not, I would come-up with an anemic watermelon and it is quite frustrating because it feels like it is a lottery win if you get a better watermelon these days and my mother would often buy the cheapest piece so she will get the anemic one while the best ones command a heftier price.
I am also showing my favorite food to eat, fried meat pieces with gravy over rice. The gravy and the tenderness of the tasty fried meat pieces is truly mouth-watering for my taste so I was having these fast food every after my treatment session after we came back home. Sometimes I have the appetite for it and sometimes I don't but I will eat it regardless because it is the tastiest food for me especially after my dialysis where in my former times even anything tastes delicious after dialysis but now not so much and I can understand that because maybe my body's composition also had been altered by being a dialysis patient for twenty-three years this coming December 1st.
