Thank you so much for your support; I really appreciate it. I'm confident, or at least hopeful, that even if people aren't commenting or upvoting, they may still be reading it. And while it might not help them now, it could be useful in the future, should they ever find themselves in similar situations—though I hope they never have to.
Talking is incredibly important, but by "talking," I don't mean going around with a sign proclaiming victimhood. I mean discussing it in a safe setting, with someone who is either a professional or has the capacity to truly listen. Often, I think that person shouldn’t necessarily be a family member.
So, talk more, talk honestly—it’s the healthiest release there is!
