MY BULKING WORKOUT (ARM DAY)
Who doesnt love arm day!.. working out the triceps and biceps, making them look HUGE with a pump.
My arm workout consists of compound exercise such as barbell curl and close grip tricep bench press.
These 2 exercises is a MUST for someone looking to get huge arms. Also remember, you must work the triceps for your arms to get big due to it being a bigger muscle than the biceps.
Biceps
Barbell curl - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)
Hammer curls - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)
Preacher curl - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)
Triceps
Close grip bench press - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)
Lying skull crusher - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)
Tricep pushdown - 3 sets of 8 reps (3 drop sets from heighest weight)

Great post, I usually mix in triceps on chest day and biceps on back day, but I think i would benefit from arms having their own day!
Thats fantastic @andypalooza !.. so do i but i feel that my arms feel fine the following day even though i batter the **** out of it. So i decided to dedicate a seperate day for it to feel real pain! Lol
