You do 3 sets of sprints 15/05 then do the exercises listed for 100/30 then finish it with sprints again. Or is this like a circuit. Do 3 sprints then one exercises then sprints then exercise? haha
hey there! you're right - it's three sets of short sprints, then a minute of sustained effort of the same exercise, then three more sprints :) you got it! Sorry if I didn't explain it too well the first time haha, I was reaalllyyy tired when I was writing it haha!
