hey there! you're right - it's three sets of short sprints, then a minute of sustained effort of the same exercise, then three more sprints :) you got it! Sorry if I didn't explain it too well the first time haha, I was reaalllyyy tired when I was writing it haha!
Okay awesome haha, I was super tired when reading it so I do not blame you at all lol. Writing workouts when your half awake is not an easy task lol!
