Awww, you're so welcome! It can definitely be tough sometimes, I have had a similar experience recently myself actually... I got a little burned out training for crossfit, and I really needed a change - I decided to take a break from crossfit altogether, only lift weights and try some hot yoga, and I feel super refreshed!
