Continuing endurance theme for the hammies today: 4 exercises (focus on deadlift variations) and 2 Ab exercises, with Kettle Ball swings between each exercise group.
Done in < 1 hour but impactful and definitely feeling it already 🏋🏼♀️🤸🏼♀️
I love this workout! The combo of Glute raise with KB swings is a killer! Can't wait to see more workouts! :)
