Running is best for aerobic conditioning

Aerobic conditioning is a process whereby the heart and lungs are trained to pump blood more efficiently, allowing more oxygen to be delivered to muscles and organs. Aerobic conditioning is the use of continuous, rhythmic movement of large muscle groups to strengthen the heart and lungs (cardiovascular system).

Yesterday we ran on the top of 845m high hill close to our gym. On top we did 11 rounds of 17 push ups. Lana our member was celebrating her 17th birthday and we wished her all best with 17 push ups each.💪💪💪
