As it turns out, age has done little for my natural rate of healing. I'll attribute this to the superior genes I was blessed with, and God answering the prayers of the couple of people I briefed on the severity of my condition.
tl;dr: Lol I felt like death for a week after the dropsets, couldn't do even 5 minutes of cardio, and then on my Mid-day of the workout week, I go and do....
Bike: Beginning at level 11, adding 1 difficulty level every 10 minutes. Ending at 30 minutes and level 13 with an average of 80 RPM.
Back raises: 55 lbs, exploding right through all 30 reps without break. Absolute minimum strain in the back or ass, which I've noticed get an equal workout for this exercise.
Weighted sit-ups: 55 lbs, getting through the 30 reps with relative ease.
3-Finger Fingertip pushups: 5 reps.
4-finger fingertip pushups: 11 reps.
5-finger fingertip pushups: 50 reps.
Incline Elliptical: 30 minutes at level 12 difficulty, never falling under 120 RPM.

I think I overdid it with the abstract meditations as I trained; I quit training over a half hour ago and I can still feel the white-hot boiling under my skin indicative of one of my favorites, the Sushumna expansion meditation.
Tonight's musics come from Nightcore's cover of Christina Aguilera's song, "Fighter". This one stuck with me because of the context I saw it put to; a scene in One Piece where two different characters united to take on the jail warden of that universe's toughest prison; Magellan.
I love Dragons in general, but I'm particularly batshit for the Hydra.
