모든것의 시작 The beginning of this story

쪼야: 님 내가 행사부스 하나 영업해옴. 같이 ㄱ ㄱ?
소요: 이예이! 합시다!

여기까지는 꿈속이었습니다...

그리고 중간에 우여곡절들.
부스가 하나 더 늘어나고
@thecminus님, @carrotcake님,@sunshineyaya7님 팀원들 더 영입하고
그러다 다시 부스가 하나로 줄어들고 위치가 바뀌고 크기도 더 줄인다고해서 멘붕오고
다시 크기 되찾고 그 와중에 벽이 하나 날아가서 또 싸워서 세워달라고하고 지치고
중간에 낀 @zzoya님이 고생 많이 하셨습니다.

대망의 부스입성, 실물보고 작아서 멘붕오고 그 와중에 DP는 해야하고
첫날과 둘째날은 기억이 아예 없네요. 흰벽을 바라보면서 졸은 것만 기억납니다.

그리고 수많은 스티미언 이웃들의 방문.
바쁜 와중에 방문해주신 분들.
행사중에 거의 알바처럼 도와주신 분들.
구매대행까지 해주신 분.
한분 한분 모두 감사했습니다.

Up to here was a dream ...

As always, there is an accident.
We got one more booth to gain additional space.
So we added more team members like @thecminus, @carrotcake, @ sunshineyaya7 and so on.
Then I heard that the booth would shrink to one, change its position and reduce its size.
We fought with the event organizers and regained their size, and in the meantime the number of walls decreased by one, so that three walls became two walls. We protested and secured the three walls again.
In the process, @zzoya, who is the intermediary forwarder, suffered a lot.

The long-awaited entry into the booth, the real thing was small and shocked. In the meantime, DP should do it.
The first day and the second day do not have any memory. I remember looking at the white wall while I was sleeping.

And many steemit.com neighbors visit.
Those who visited during the busy time.
Those who helped us like staff during the event.
The person who made the purchase agency.
Everyone was grateful.

아트펀딩에 대한 공지

지난 2회의 아트펀딩을 응원해주신 분들 모두 감사드립니다.
3회를 진행하기에 앞서서 여러분들에게 양해의 말씀을 드려야 할 것 같습니다.

준비해놓은 자금이 모두 소진되어서 5월, 6월은 진행이 힘들것 같습니다.
현찰도 없고 스달도 모두 써버렸네요.
한동안은 일감도 많이받고 현생 챙겨서 원화 많이 벌어서 7월쯤에 다시 시작해보겠습니다.

구조적으로 제 개인 자금과 시간을 쓸 수 밖에 없는 형태라서 2회차만에 자금이 모두 소진되어 버렸습니다.
시작할 때는 제가 현금도 좀 있고 스달도 많았는데 이게 생각보다 힘드네요.
펀딩된 자금을 수수료없이 작가에게 모두 금액을 전달하고 포스팅 수익을 sp까지 모두 작가에게 주는 방법으로 진행했습니다.
프로젝트 에필로그 포스팅 수익만 제가 갖는 구조입니다.

그림 그리는 사람들이 얼마나 힘들게 사는지 알기 때문에 약간이나마 힘이 있을 때 도와주고 싶었습니다.
언젠가 블록체인 기술을 사용한 제로 커미션 펀딩(수수료 없는 펀딩 서비스)가 나오기를 바래봅니다.

Thank you to all those who supported the last two art funding.
I would like to give you a pardon before proceeding with the third art funding.

It seems that it will be difficult to proceed in May and June because the funds we have prepared are exhausted.
I've spent both cash and sbd.
For a while, I get a lot of work and earn a lot of cash, so I'll start again in July.
 
I had to spend my time and my personal funds structurally, so I was exhausted only in the second time.
When I started, I had a lot of cash and a lot of sbd, which is harder than I thought.
The funding results were passed to the artist without any fee, and all funding report posting proceeds (sbd + sp) were given to the artist.
It is the structure that only the project epilogue posting profit has.

I wanted to help out when I had some strength because I knew how hard the painters live.
I hope someday zero commissioning funding (free funding service) using block chain technology will come out.

펀딩 대상자 선정 배경 Funding Target Selection BackStory

지금까지 총 두분을 선정해서 아트펀딩을 진행했습니다.
기본적으로 제 주 관심사인 시각미술쪽에서 자기 세계관이 확고한 분을 우선 선정했습니다.
이후에는 다른 분야도 공부해서 도전해보고 싶습니다.

@zzoya님 처음 등장했을때부터 충격적으로 잘그리는 분이셨죠.

처음에는 아트프린팅을 권유했었는데 작가님은 아트북 출판을 준비중이셨습니다.
책을 내고 싶으시다는데 작가님이 원하는 퀄을 맞출려면 제작비가 만만치 않더군요.

그러다가 때마침 스팀마스코트 공모전에서 1등을 하시고 그것을 굿즈로 만들어보고 싶다고 하시는걸 보고 이거다 싶었습니다.
그래서 한바퀴 돌아서 디자인 굿즈를 팔아서 책값을 만들어보는 방향으로 선회했습니다.
열심히 그림 보강해서 준비중이시라고 합니다.
좋은 소식 기다리겠습니다.

2회차로 선정한 @carrotcake님

이분도 이미 자비로 출판계획을 세우고 계셨었습니다.
심지어 자비출판일뿐만 아니라 수제출판이었죠.
종이 잘라서 송곳으로 구멍뚫고 손으로 꿰메는 방법을 설명해주시더군요.

진짜 열심히 하는데 현실이 여의치 않아서 빛을 못보는 분이셨어요.
그래서 어떻게든 만들어드리고 싶었습니다.
그리고 결과물의 퀄리티는 놀라웠습니다.
약간만 마중물을 부어줬을 뿐인데 소처럼 일해서 결과를 만들어내시더군요.

조금만 등을 밀어줘도 되게 잘될 분들인데
이런 분들이 세상에 얼마나 많을까요.
@zzoya, @carrotcake 아직 팔로우 안하셨으면 부탁드립니다.
앞으로도 두분에게 많은 지지 부탁드립니다.

So I planned to sell the design goods and make the cost of the book production.
She is preparing an art book with a hard work.
There will be good news.

She was already planning her own capital comic book publication.
It was not only self-publishing, but also homemade publishing.
She told me how to cut a piece of paper and drill a hole and sew it with her hand.

She was real hard, but for realistic reasons, she was blocked on the wall.
I had to do something.
And the quality of the output was amazing.
Those who were able to succeed only with very little help and support.
