Tempo Tuesday
Tuesday tend to be speed day. As a result I began with 8 faster bike miles. After work I split my 4 mile run into 2 parts. I got s drink a few breaths between the sets. Even on a cold day, I recharged on endorphins and a little sun. I wrote a few words too.
