Boring day spent getting ready for departure tomorrow. Watched Romania U21 team lose 4-2 to Germany in the semi final of the European Championships. Germany were always more incisive and clinical. I think Romania probably saw more of the ball, but the Germans' breaks and dead ball situations were more threatening. In the end, only two of the six goals were scored in open play. Hopefully the young Romania team will go on to reach their considerable potential in the next few years.
