My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2019

Today I did some benching and squats in gym, after my treadmill warm up... I can tell I'm gonna be sore tomorrow.

I also went into town again, and walked around there, and hung out at the crystal shop. I got a few fragments of clear quartz, to magnify my other crystals.

I did a little bit of yoga and a meditation, followed by programming my crystals with intentions.

Overall, I got a pretty average amount of activity in. I missed posting yesterday, I looked at the time at 12:01, so close! I also haven't posted in a few other days because of lack of activity during a couple days, and missing the deadline other days.
