다만, 걷기만 해서는 관리가 되지 않을 것 같다.

저녁 먹는 양을 줄여서 살을 좀 빼야겠다.

팔다리는 가늘어지고 아랫배만 볼록하게

나오는 아저씨 몸매가 되어 가는 게 슬프다.

다시 폭풍 다이어트 돌입이다!

목표는 5킬로 감량!

60킬로대 몸무게로 줄여야겠다.

할 수 있다! 아니 해내야한다!
