An hour's yoga class this morning, totally needed! My back was tender, my arms scrunched. Yesterday was a long day. Good, but long.
Yoga teacher told us about a Moroccan yoge retreat he is organising. Sounds wonderful. Clashes with steemfest, of course.
Forgot I was signing papers this morning, had to run round at the last thing. All was well, and got my steps in :)
