These are some really great tips, even for us non-yoga teachers! I need to be true to myself, care for myself, have clear intentions, and do what I love, learn to say know and basically apply all these lessons to my life!

I find that it is so true with yoga, you don't have to be a yogi for the flexibility and introspection to be useful for you!
