Well, I understand that there is a way to talk to the operators, and present personal cases. It really must be very frustrating that they don't know how the documentation system works in different countries.
Yes, but in fact, it’s strange and unprofessional. On the one hand, they demand a passport from a citizen of a particular country, and on the other hand, they don’t even bother to understand what kinds of passports there might be in that country. Of course, the younger generation here already has new biometric passports, but according to the law, I am required to replace my paper passport when I turn 45.
