what im doing for this workout
for this workout you will be doing 30 push ups and 40 sit ups every morning afternoon and night. the next month you do 25 more And so on and so forth . I know your thinking what about the legs well this isnt a leg workout this is an upper body workout mainly because my legs are stronger than my upper body but you can adjust it for you like I will later.
