Witness clayop Update 2017/09/02
Dear community,
This is my first witness report in September, 2017.
Updated to 0.19.2
This new version has resolved a p2p network issue so that the devs recommended to update. I updated my node and soon update my backup nodes when it is proved to work well.
Slightly positive APR
The APR is around 1~2% at the moment, aiming to keep up with the US's benchmark interest rate or little higher. The APR can be come zero when too much premium is given to SBD
Korean community is growing steadily
Korean community now have many activities like marketplaces, meetups, newbie support, discussions, and even steem-buy movement. The Korean community is really exciting place!
New way of Steem Power delegation to Korean community
While big chunk of SP delegation to few trained curators were effective approach for early-stage of community development, this can have some issues and debates with more matured community like Korean community. We have experienced deceiving curators, complaints about concentrated power, a lack of minnow empowerment, etc.
To cope with these issues, I am going to experiment a new way of SP delegation. That is, small amount of SP (10 MV) to 72 people who were proved their identities at meetups and who were backed by proved individuals. As said, this is an experiment stage now and may have some caveats. However, it is worth to try and see how it works.

It has been about 2 months since I joined Steemit. I dont know about it much but i think this community is quite interesting. It doesnt own by someone. But its like a huge company. Members r trying to keep developing and find many different ways to help new-bies with their own abilities. I wonder what kind of role I can play. :)
