乐和苦是一对，喜和忧是一对 ，乐偏向强烈；喜相对缓和一些。所以人们经常用乐和苦修饰身体的状态，用喜和忧修饰思想精神上的状态。“身有苦乐，心有忧喜”就是这个意思。。。
