Thank you for the response and reassurance. I'm guessing it was a steemit issue. I refreshed several times in all browsers before griping. When I saw your response I hit it again and all was hunky dory.
Two things I particularly appreciate about this project: you absorbed the cat's abandoned project and you always respond to complaints or requests, even if it's to say "No, you can't have it."

And yea, Steemit is having issues these days, it might be related. The floating bar is mostly .css so I doubt the issue would be on our end.
