SteemPlus 2.11: Wallet Filter
Today we are pushing a new major feature to SteemPlus, as well as a few design and bug fixes. Make sure you are upgrading to SteemPlus 2.11 if you want to get this new feature! It s already live, so you cam update it now.

New Feature : SteemPlus wallet filter
This new feature aims to make your Steemit wallet useful again. In order to do this, we are giving you the power to only see the transactions that are the most relevant for you.
Here is what we implemented:
Up to 500 transactions are displayed, using SteemSQL and SteemPlus-api backend, in order for you to be able to see further in your transaction history.
Transactions are divided between transfers in/out and claimed rewards. By clicking on the buttons you can decide which ones you are willing to display.
The button
Hide Spamallows you to hide every 0.001 STEEM and 0.001 SBD transfer that you might have received. These are, in my opinion, very annoying and pollute the reading of the wallet history.To illustrate this, I will use another feature, the
Searchbox, to show you how many time I got spammed by the same resteem "service":
Simply clicking hide spam can get me rid of this.
The
Min amountfields allow you to filter and keep only the transactions that are higher that one of the values. By default, all fields are set to 0. It works like this : "If the transaction involves more than x STEEM OR more than y SBD OR more than z SP, it will be displayed ".** Optionally**, if you wish to be able to see your private memos from SteemPlus, you will need to use the
Add Private Memo Keybutton. I am not at all a fan of asking private keys but I couldn't find any other choice. If you don't feel comfortable with it, just don't do it, if you are, you can find the key in Wallet > Permissions > Memo > Show private key. This Memo is stored locally and never sent online.
Private memos are displayed in italic.
We couldn't find a version of the memo decoder directly available for javascript, so we had to use browserify to get it from the Node version. Browserify helps us require the necessary modules. It is a bit heavy, so I'm interested in potential alternatives.
- When you check an user Steem Power on Steemit, you can now see the number of corresponding Vests by hovering it.
Bug Fixes
- A hardcoded link to @stoodkev s account has been fixed.
- Night mode
.csshas been improved for the Witnesses, Followers and Wallet features. Thanks @flugschwein for letting us know. - The delegation button has been fixed.
- Duplicate follower table.
Coming soon
- SteemSQL integration for the mentions (SteemData service will stop soon and is out of sync anyways).
- More good stuff.

Installation procedures
You can download and install SteemPlus directly from the Chrome Store if you are using Chrome (follow this link ).

We ve implemented a way to see your preview on the side of the screen. I m afraid adding a WYSIWYG would be lots of work for a small enhancement.

Thanks for the update. The wallet filter is a useful tool for me.
Got to say I absolutely love the app. Update looks good on the wallet page, too.
However, my favourite page is now botched up. The rewards pages. It tells you how much you earned in the last week (just the last 4 days or so tbh) but beneath that it just duplicates the info from the bottom of the wallet including the filtering options.
I like to see how I'm progressing by analysing the rewards breakdown. It's not the deal-breaker that would force me to uninstall SteemPlus but I would dearly love to see my rewards pages fixed. Any chance you could look into it for the next update?

By the way I am seriously considering doing a much better Rewards page within SteemPlus, with a longer history, filters, and other rewards such as beneficiaries and producer (witness) rewards.
Sounds good. Other than that, my only other small gripe is the favourites which doesn't update half the time when you've already clicked to see the user's latest post. It's easy enough to get around just by not using as I don't feel I'm missing out on too much if I don't have any favourites.
I love what you've done to the feed (ie. originally, compared to not having SP). Please don't ever change it.
My final point is how SP sometimes doesn't actually seem to load up. I just press F5 in that case and then it will. Is that my computer and settings or something you can fix at your end, would you know? For example, if I click a user profile, there might be no favourite star for me to favourite them with should I wish to. F5 usually soon fixes that. It's just all those F5s in a day kind of add up.
As I say, great work otherwise. I don't ever want to go back to the original.
The favorites seem to work nominally, can you make a bug report detailing all the steps to reproduce the bug on Utopian please?
For the wallet, I ve noticed some glitches in one case only : going directly from another wallet to your own wallet. To make it easier, I just force the page to refresh in this case.

You can do it manually from the extension tab or simply close and reopen Google Chrome.
Hey man, sorry to ask this but I am a cpu noob. I have the same question as above. I have the old one already. What do I do in the extension tab? I don't see any relevant info regarding an update.

Ah you mean shut down everything and start again for the reopen google chrome and it will automatically update?
It should. Otherwise, on the Chrome extensions Tab, there is an Update button.

Thank you for the response and reassurance. I'm guessing it was a steemit issue. I refreshed several times in all browsers before griping. When I saw your response I hit it again and all was hunky dory.
Two things I particularly appreciate about this project: you absorbed the cat's abandoned project and you always respond to complaints or requests, even if it's to say "No, you can't have it."
