Proposal

Modify the core code of Brave browser to support the extension extensity. This will allow users to disable extensions from the top bar.

The browser will have to allow this extension the permission to disable other extensions and make necessary changes to the browser's code to make sure the extension can successfully work on brave. This is technically possible because brave is built on top of chromium. Hence chrome extensions can be supported by brave if necessary changes are made on a case by case basis (until brave supports chrome extensions by default, which might happen in brave 1.0 release).

Adding support for this extension would be very helpful for people with a large number of extensions. It makes it easier to manage them. It is a very popular extension with 250000+ users [at the moment this contribution was posted].
