2. Aside from corrective action, what are some recommendations as to how this may be prevented in the future. What actions can we take now?

I know this ring has been operating for some time per your reports. I look forward to the day we can close this chapter and move on to the next objective but abusers have a tendency to be persistent so I'm not certain of that prospect.
