14 days after I asked for help in a post for my cancer-stricken mother in law, this is my latest update for the help we received today.

As of now, we received a total of 41.500 SBD from these people/groups and 23 SBD from my post.

I would like to thank these steemians, the teams and the people behind it for this help. By June 20, 2018, my mother-in-law will be going back for another check up but needs a series of tests from the hospitals so she can bring the results to her immunotherapist in Tarlac.

_{As part of her immunotherapy medications, she is allowed to eat ORGANIC meat ONCE a week. She was the one who cooked this (as long as she doesn't feel any pain) and shared it with us via facebook messenger. This is an organic cheicken with organic cauliflower and beans. All her food must be organic with no rice and bread. Sometimes, she is complaining that she couldn't take to eat these foods anymore. She even posted saying she is craving for mc donald's.}

I know it's a long way to go but we are not giving up because as long as she is fighting, we will fight. She told us not to be sad, not to lose hope because, in this time, she needs someone who is strong to support her, so we, her children need to be strong for her - EVEN IF WE REALLY WANTED TO BREAK DOWN. The thought of losing a parent is painful. They lost their father 12 years ago. We don't want to let go of this one yet. NOT YET. My husband needs her. I guess all of us, even in our adult life, we will always be needing our parents. As my husband is the eldest among the siblings, the responsibilities are in his shoulders and I know he is trying to be strong because he needs to.

For clarifications: To everyone who might be asking for my SBDs in the wallet, I am reserving mine for the medical insurance fee of my son which costs 1630.00 USD so he can stay with us here in the UAE. We already applied for the medical insurance and we are just waiting for the exact amount for the fee but the officer in my husband's Department told us to just​ be ready with 6000.00 AED (1630.00 USD) amount. His insurance visa is already expired as of May 31, 2018. This is the main requirement in order to get a resident visa for expatriates​ here for 2 years. I have been saving this since I started here in #steemit for this purpose until this happened to my mother-in-law.

I am also waiting for the SBD's rate to rise before sending the collected SBDs to my mother-in-law. I am praying that it will rise before 20th. I will be updating everyone for the SBD and her condition. These SBDs that we collected will be solely for her medications and her needs and we want to thank everyone for the help. As of now, she lost so much weight. Her right leg gets smaller and that's​ what we want to check with the doctors but the pain lessens.
