Hi everyone!

It's been a VERY LONG TIME since I have last posted anything. Most of the time because I don't have enough time to do crafting much after the last raffle.

But today I am making a point to come out of dormant and hope to run a campaign that will hopefully get something done for a good cause.

If you have noticed a recent plea from my main account: Plea: Prayer Request, Donations, Upvotes, Whichever Works - For A friend of a friend I am currently running a fund donation campaign for a strong woman who's battling a second round of Breast Cancer which has proceed to Stage 3.

She is now under weekly chemotherapy, and even though she's a freelance insurance agent, she no longer have much energy to look for new contracts and only servicing her current clients.

Moreover she has depleted her insurance claims and now relying on her small income and her last bits of savings for her medication and continuous fight for alimony for the sake of her son.

So as I run the campaign of fund raising, I have decided to run a special campaign to get everyone to do something special for her

How does this idea come to be?

It all started with when I got to know from a friend in the States when a little girl named Riley Philpot who had a wish of receiving Get Well Soon Cards from all over the world.

That was during the time when I just started making greeting cards for fun.

I managed to get my whole home fellowship group to join in the fun making their very own Get Well Soon cards (we later also made Christmas cards for her just to surprise her) and send to her family.

And we all had a lot of fun.

So this got me thinking - to restart this movement.

But don't worry, I am not going to scare you all in making a card.

 

Instead, I DO need you to do something, organically by your own. Just to keep encouraging Debbie.

Let's hit 3 birds with 1 stone

This is so that I can actually capture your written photo and print it into an A3 size GET WELL SOON CARD so that when Debbie receives the surprise donation (from the fund raising), she will be able to read your personally handwritten message as well.

As of this date and time stamp, at lunch time, Malaysia time, we have accumulated from the main account via donation.

Upfund me support @madstacks mentioned it is quite challenging to raise that amount within 1 week, but let's hope that with this extra post, we will be able to do double the speed of upvotes and resteem (with an extra fun) and see how we can pump this up for Debbie.
