Nazmul Huda himself acknowledged that the ruling of the ruling party has thrown the verdict in the alliance of the ruling Awami League to join the eleventh parliamentary elections.
BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia's two-time minister Nazmul Huda was also a member of BNP standing committee. After the exit from BNP, he first formed the BNF, after losing the party's authority, he formed the grassroots BNP. Now, joining the Awami League-led alliance with the party, they are seeking candidates in the Dhaka-17 constituency.
The High Court has said that corruption is a curse. Corruption is seen everywhere in the society. Corruption of any government employee does not just destroy the basis of society, it is harmful for national interest and economy.
"When a person goes to the government's top position and misuses power, that corruption is a great loss to the country's economy, national interest and the image."

On November 8 last year, Nazmul Huda was sentenced to seven years in prison and sentenced to four years in a High Court verdict.
After the verdict of the High Court, Nazmul Huda appealed to the Appellate Division to seek an appeal hearing against the High Court's sentence without surrender in the lower court. But on January 7 this year, the appeal department rejected the appeal that the petition was not raised.
ACC lawyer Khurshid Alam Khan told bdnews24.com on Sunday after the verdict of the High Court, "45 days of surrender will be effective from the day the lower court receives the verdict." That means, Nazmul Huda must surrender within 45 days from the day the judicial court takes the full verdict of the High Court. "
Asked whether Nazmul Huda can take part in the upcoming 11th parliamentary election, Khurshid Alam Khan said, "According to Article 2 (d) of Article 66 of the Constitution, I think he can not participate in parliamentary elections. This is my own legal opinion. "
He said, "The sentence given to the lower court is that he should be acquitted of the sentence of the higher court or he will be suspended in the higher court. Only then can he participate in the election. Since he has been sentenced to four years in the High Court verdict, he will have to acquit himself from the highest court to participate in the elections. "
Nazmul Huda told bdnews24.com, "The verdict should have been published long ago. It did not have to be a big problem.
"I have to move very fast. Because it is going to the judicial court now. Besides, I knew what the verdict was. Until now, I did not know, because the verdict was not given. If I could take a stand, I could even stand in the Election Commission. Since the verdict has not been so long, why should I be convicted? Do you get punished or why? Now, since the full verdict has been published, I will take legal steps. "
Barrister Huda further said, "Within this verdict, there must be surrender to judicial court within 45 days. 45 days why, as soon as I get it, I will be able to surrender. By surrender, I can take steps like stopping the royalties with legal steps like me. Moreover, if the government wishes, it can suspend the sentence. "
Asked whether the upcoming 11th Parliament will be able to participate in the election, he said, "Disqualified for the election only if the sentence is sent for 2 years. In this case, I was acquitted in the High Court. The agonist ate it and took me by eating food and money. "
He blamed the two interested in selecting his constituency. He also blamed Former Chief Justice SK Sinha for his involvement.
Nazmul Huda filed the case with Shahbagh Police Station on September 27, alleging that the former Chief Justice of the case, Surendra Kumar Sinha, has been affected by the abuse and excise of power, the case found to be 4 years.
Later ACC chairman Iqbal Mahmud Nazmul Huda told the media about the investigation in the case after getting the documents of Justice SK Sinha.

Najmul Huda, who was expelled from BNP, formed three groups named Bangladesh National Alliance Front (BNF), Bangladesh National Alliance (BNA) and Bangladesh Human Rights Party (BMP) at different times. As the grassroot BNP is its fourth party, its fourth party is its fourth party.
The Election Commission gave a letter on June 14 rejecting the registration of grassroots BNP. There is no reason to apply for registration within the stipulated time, there is no reason why the government does not submit the scheduled challan charge and registration.
Nazmul Huda filed a writ petition challenging the Election Commission's decision. The High Court issued the rule on August 14 for the initial hearing of the petition.
The rules are being asked to explain why the Election Commission (EC) will not be directed to register grassroot BNP as a political party. It is also asked why the decision to not register the party is not illegal.
After hearing the rule, the High Court on Sunday gave verdict for Nazmul Huda.
