This just makes me even wanna visit the Scandinavian countries even more. I heard the best salmons are from Northern Europe, the climate just helps nurture them better. It's so nice that all of the countries are so close to each other, absolutely convenient. Veldig bra! :D
Haha yeah it's quite convenient and our mutual story has brought us even closer over the decades.. although it's very popular to hate each other, a bit like a sibling's quarrel.
The salmons are now many times raised in big fish farms and it poses an increasing environmental problem. On top of that they are fed a lot of stuff to keep them healthy and fat so it's not always the northern European Salmons are the best choice. Still, they are really really tasty :)
