Hello fellow Steemians,
I hope you are all having a great day! :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.
The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.
Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.
There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @watshon:
St. Nicholas Church. It is one of the most beautiful churches in Prague, in Baroque style. The fresco of the dome and the high altar are very beautiful. It is a pity that the restoration work in progress concealed most of the frescoes with protective cloths. Not to be confused with the church of the same name in the Old Town district. Not to be missed.

I rewarded @watshon entry with some extra upvote. Feel free to visit his blog and check out some of his other entries.
Thank you for your submissions. Have a great day and keep on Steeming!

Mariina Scala,
This time in Autumn colors. The day was overcast until 5.30PM when the sun finally broke through the clouds and touched this landscape in wonderful colors. My favorite place in bohemian Switzerland.
Truly superb image! It sure will make a great entry into today's contest. Thank you so much and have a great day. Tomas
Wine cellars in Petrov - Plze. The complex consists of some 80 wine cellars and it is open to public all year round. If you visit this place in summer or early autumn though, you will have a unique chance to taste some of the finest and most delicious Moravian wines that local winemakers sell right in the cellars.
Railway to Kutna Hora, a town in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. The photo shows a view on Saint Barbara's Church, a Roman Catholic church in style of a cathedral, and is sometimes referred to as the Cathedral of St Barbara.
This photo was made year ago, somewhere near Zdonov, and it was seccond day of my trip, what was my target? You can see on this photo, far far away there is a mountain, called Snezka, that was my target, total it took me 5 days to get that target and i can say, it was worth. :)
Ceske Svycarsko (Bohemian Switzerland) is a region of forest and limestone karst country in North Bohemia. It is in fact an extension of a similar region just over the border in East Germany known as Saxon Switzerland, although the similarity to Switzerland in both cases escapes me. A good base is Hrensko, a very touristy town one hour bus ride north of Decin (don’t choose to stay in Decin). There are also several small villages further into the region). A very attractive day trip is to Pravcicka brana, a spectacular natural rock bridge. The bus from Hrensko drops you at the start of the trail, and then it is only about an hour through rich forest and limestone outcrops. You need to pay an entry fee at the castle just below the arch, which gives access to great viewpoints. The trail continues on to the village of Mezni Louka, from where the bus could be caught back to Hrensko and Decin.

Rock towns really breathtaking, the environment is maintained. The ticket is valid for the whole day. It is better to go in the morning - for parking (free parking). Also suitable for less mobile, elderly people (except the Salt section "Lovers" - there are enough stairs). The duration of the tour is about 2-3 hours - we had a set in 1.5 hours without a boat ride (it was cold, only 4 degrees). We enjoyed it despite the dreadful winter.
Torso of Old Town Hall, Prague, Old Town
The Old Town Hall was built in 1338 as the first town hall in the Czech Kingdom. Prague received the privilege of self-government as the first city.
The Town Hall was a complex complex of many buildings. Until the 19th century, it underwent unifying Neo-Gothic reconstruction.
Everyone sees that one wing is demolished. This happened at the end of the Nazi occupation, when in May 1945. Part of the town hall in heavy fighting during the rebellion against the occupiers burned.
Since then, there has been a debate to rebuild the town hall or not. Whether to build a copy of the original building or something completely new ...
The debate lasted for 73 years. It does not seem to be over soon.
Spent the day tripping in Bohemia travelling from Prague to Kutna Hora to see the Sedlec Ossuary and St Barbara's gothic cathedral. The Ossuary (bone church) is made of thousands of human bones, once buried on the popular sacred church grounds. When the plague hit they had to make room but wanted to maintain the sanctity of the remains so they brought them into the church and created this over the course of a few hundred years.
Charles Bridge
It is a place to which any traveler has to go. Do not walk across the bridge and touch the sculptures to give you the luck to return to the city, it is unforgivable. A marvel. Super beautiful and romantic.
St. Vitus Cathedral
It's a really nice thing to see in Prague, definitely worth seeing! Only bad thing is that you have to pay entrance fees for every single museum or anything else that's of interest. Even in the cathedral they let you kinda see half of it, for the other half they charge you just to go there. The souvenir shops are nice, there's currently a kind of medieval theme in front of the castle that sells good looking and smelling food at reasonable prices. Would probably recommend taking a tour as there are some things that you won't even find if you just browse through the place on your own. There are many spots to take incredible pictures as well.
