Nice @belenguerra start! Welcome to thediarygame 😊 I'm glad that you enjoying it here. Keep on doing the yoga, its really good for mindfulness. I have a desire to start practising yoga too, a long time ago but my yoga style of practice still so basic, I don't have a goal to do the headstand style of yoga though 😅 with you our yoga practitioner in steemit, you will remind me to get into my yoga routine again.
p/s: You can put the link about you from your Achievement 1 post at the end of your diary post so steemian get to know more about you. Its also recommend that you share about your diary post into your other social media too for more exposure on our steem community 😊
Oh hi @cryptokannon!! There’s no excuse! Haha. I just love those poses, but to be honest, I have a not so good pain in my neck and back right now. Slow Yoga is as good as a hard and challenging one. And yes it is very good for the body, but Yoga is more about being able to relax your mind, as you mentioned. So itnis always the moment to start. You can find great videos in YouTube for beginners. As always, thanks for your tips!!
