TIRAMISU: OH SIMPLY HEAVENLY!

It's Sunday again and its time to make Tiramisu!

After the introduction of myself a week ago, many friends asked me how did I make tiramisu?

The secret is all about the combination of coffee, chocolate or cocoa and dairy whipping cream is the main feature of my Tiramisu. It contains not only elements of sweetness but any feelings associated with that unique taste that evokes all kinds of happy experiences.

For me, Tiramisu is not only an amazing dessert with an unbelievably fantastic flavor but a wonderful memory of my childhood upbringing. I used to have a slice of Tiramisu with my mom in a lovely downtown café many years ago. It was like a secret place's where we could enjoy a wonderful afternoon teatime rendezvous.

I had become totally obsessed with Tiramisu when tasting it for the first time. This unique creation of multiple and exotic flavors on crispy ladyfingers tinged with the bitterness of expresso, the heavenly combination of egg, mascarpone an cream and the unique aroma of mellow wine and sweet chocolate..... 'Oh Simply Heavenly!'

Tiramisu had conquered my mind and captured my heart forever!

For me, Tiramisu is an extremely luxurious dessert and I became fully addicted to it because of its strong attraction and unique flavor. It seems that Tiramisu has that magical power that instantly cheer me up. Whenever I taste it, I feel like l'm listening to a beautiful symphony that instantly washes away all my negative emotions.
