That doesn't look Mexican at all. That's more like an American way to see Mexican food. But I think over there that's pretty much the best you can get. Usually all tortillas are vegan.
hahahhahaha really? Uou! I just tried Mexican food in Brazil and in Thailand... So, need to go to Mexico to try the real one. Anyway, it was really delicious! And I enjoyed quite a lot!
Of course, outside of a country, it's not always easy to find fully authentic ethnic cuisine.
Your comment reminds me of when my Canadian friend went to Italy, and found that the pizza was ... weird. He was accustomed to North American pizza -- which, of course, is not "real" pizza.
But he grew to like real Italian pizza, too.
The Mexican food in Helga's post may not be 100% authentic, but it's 110% delicious! Guaranteed.
