hello steemian , just before 4 days i was thinking about quieting steemit once and for all , but something happened make me believe in it again .
I posted a blog before 5 days collected 0.25$ as a reward , my friend @araki who invited me to steemit thought that my blog underestimated , he toke my permission to do it again by his account and the credit and reward will be for me . @araki blog got 15.86$ with 12.04 to author .
I will be honest with you i got very angry , simply because my firs blog got almost nothing , i thought it is bad content and move on , but for the same content to get x 63 , some explanation needed .
Check it out by your self
how it feels when you work in blog for hours and not valuated by people .
It is not about the amount of money and 15$ is not that much ( maybe a cup of coffee ) but as a principle for a blog to go from 0.25 $ to 15.85 $ just because the name of the author changed , that discourage people from registering and interacting in steemit .
In the bright side there is many good friends in steemit who will stand by your side and support you and many steemian vote for good stuff , they know how hard it is to work in a good blog .
Thank you @araki , because of you and other good friends and steemian i won't give up on steemit . Thank you @tommycordero , @hilarski , @firepower
looking forward to read your feedback
Stick with it. If you continue putting out good content then you will eventually start making more and getting more engagement. It just takes time.
i will @thecryptofiend , i just got bad test in my first blog but now i seems like improving
this discussion make me feel a live in steemit , thank you
What kind of coffee do you drink?

Hello @drcrypto

enjoy steemit and try to post an original blog with maximum quality you can , chose the right time and tags , sooner or later you will be satisfied bro

Thank you a lot @araki , look like patient and persistant is the secret in steemit
Sure , in steemit and in life man :)
Well done, @drcrypto!
Thank you @dragon40 , you have good blogs , following you now .
It's very interesting post!
Great job dear @drcrypto :)
Thank you @djsonic , following you now
Part of the difference probably comes down to the number of followers you have. If your friend has more then chances are that more people will see it if he posts it. Cultivating followers is something that can take time.
i know that follower make adifferent @darth-azrael
but that is big difference , my point is that we are talking about same content , there is something not right
thank you for the input
The other issue is how steem power affects the influence of your upvote. The other extreme would be for everyone's vote to count the same but I think that would be even worse for a number of reasons (to easy to game the system for one). Perhaps if there was some way to keep track of the steem power you earned (vs. purchased) and have only that count towards the influence you have...
I think you are right , many advise me to power up to sreemit in a better way , i will do that
Thank you
A lot depends on who first saw it when it appeared. Check the time of day and day of the week your friend re-posted your work. It is the first few hours which are important. Also note that many auto-voting robots use reputation as a key to whether to vote. Robots seem to target posts with a reputation above 65 as worth auto-voting for. The assumption being that a good reputation will attract more voting from other users. You often see those with reputations above 65 receiving upvotes within seconds of appearing.

ColdMonkey mines Gridcoins through BOINC computations for science…
yes i can see that @coldmonkey , i think robots make steemit toward centralization .
thank you for the input , hope things will get better as i use steemit more
To the best of my opinions, i think steemit is just like an advertising board, you need to keep putting yoursrlf out there, commenting and keep posting. It just a matter of time @drcrypto
