Also note that many auto-voting robots use reputation as a key to whether to vote. Robots seem to target posts with a reputation above 65 as worth auto-voting for. The assumption being that a good reputation will attract more voting from other users. You often see those with reputations above 65 receiving upvotes within seconds of appearing.
