I like @Langford's idea so much...
So here's my humble opinion sir... Since it's coming under the steemjet space force, maybe @langford should be incorporated into the music department, just so that himself and @Mrprecious, as well as every other members of the music department can pull this off..in the end we'll all be happy!

Solved
There's absolutely no need for you guys to have issues over something as simple as this. You have a great idea which support. But there's an established music department and I'm trying as much as possible to Foster collaboration and team work among the Steemjet Spaceforce.
What I suggest you do is reach out to the music department and discuss how to run this thing. You guys will then make a step by step solid plan on achieving this and if it is your initiative, it will be credited to you.
On the issue of funding, such great initiative will require funding whether at the beginning or at some point in the future. So, I'll want you guys to reach out to each other and share ideas on how to make the music unit very effective. This is a great community, we are brothers and I do know want to see break aways.

Thank you very much sir. First I'll to get into the spaceforce so I can work with some of the already space force members and select some judges.
I'll need you to decide how much steems you will like to give to the winner and also how much you will want to pay the judges then you can send to me.
I'll like to work with @adamzi (spaceforce 7 member) @yourmercury (spaceforce 7 member) @benlegend-1 (spaceforce 7) and @juderoyal as part of the team of judges
If you also want me to give you an estimate of how many steems it will cost I can do that too sir. I just want you to make a suggestion first sir @dimimp
