The founders have added everything a common user needs to know in the white paper and release documents and in the source code. You can find the answer to all of your questions there.
You cannot see that in the source code then:
It is your responsiblity to review the code or hire someone to review it for you.

I watch the price of peoples payouts fluctuate when there is no voting taking place to change it. I have and I come up with they are about the same price at both payouts that is why I don't agree with what you are saying , you may be right , you yourself even said you may be wrong .
