RE: Gay Pride Month 2017

in #steemit7 years ago

In amsterdam there's a gaypride every year. People dress horrible on this day(sometimes they aren't even dressed) and act like morons. Many people find it disgusting to see people acting like this, but you can't really say this publicly since you're apparently against homosexuals then. This is also creating a bad picture for homosexuals who are acting respectful and civilized. Because many people are sick of this movement being forced up their throats, they're making the problem even worse for everybody. I think it's really sad...

well i have noticed one more thing....many idiots just take part in the parades and behave rowdy....of course it does bring a bad name to the LGBT

Yes that's true. This is just what I have experienced in Amsterdam though. I do not how it goes in other countries. I just know that many homosexuals in The Netherlands who do not participate in these parades have a very specific reason not to.

seee.....as i said in my blog....i think the masses are scared of 'different' and they adopt crazy ways to react

I don't think they are scared honestly. I think some movements ruin it for themselves by telling others what to accept and what not. By doing this, some big groups of people will obviously become mad about it. Even more, if these people are not allowed to give their honest opinion of why they think it is wrong. Btw, I am not against homosexuals. I just do not agree with activists creating problems and playing the victim, while making it even worse for homosexuals who have already accepted the fact that some people just do not agree with their decisions in life. Because that is just how life works.

From 'scared' i mean a general human tendency which makes you adopt a severe reaction against anything that they do not understand...
and yes you are right
