I voted for the article, but I'm not sure you should call Steem Power "money", after all the power itself is locked down. The Steem Dollars are what is stable money tied to the dollar and the Steem is a high inflation cryptocurrency.
Thank you. Yes correct as long as it is Steem Power it is not liquid money. Only when you power down and turn it into Steem. Yes and as you wrote it is best convert Steem into Steem dollar or bitcoin.
